Ad 2 DC

Ad 2 DC represents a group of like-minded young professionals in the D.C. Metro area, 32 years old and younger, either employed or interested in the world of advertising and its related fields – account executives, graphics designers, media specialists, PR professionals, writers – creating a diverse organization focused on being awesome, becoming more awesome, getting noticed and giving back to the community.

We regularly provide educational, networking, public service and leadership opportunities to our members through programs, socials and an annual public service campaign for a local D.C. area non-profit organization.

Each year, Ad 2 and AAF clubs write and compile Club Achievements books showcasing the impact Ad 2 DC has on the advertising, marketing and communications industry. Club Achievement books are judged against more than 25 other Ad 2 chapters by industry professionals. In just a short time since our inception, Ad 2 DC has made its mark on a national level, through programming, membership, overall club operations and advertising education.

Background

Ad 2 DC was formed by a few young professionals in the D.C. metro area, who like you, were looking for a place to learn and engage. So, we know how you feel.

Ad 2 DC is a local chapter under the larger Ad 2 National, and the young professionals of the DC Ad Club. Since 1947, Ad 2 has been a group of people helping people in personal and professional growth, and in bettering our communities. Together, Ad 2 creates a means for up and coming professionals in the industry to gain the contacts, education and leadership opportunities they need to become tomorrow’s industry leaders.
