Career Catalyst Program

Objectives

• Help our members grow professionally in a supportive, one-on-one environment.
• Provide a rewarding relationship for both mentor and mentee that shares real-world experiences for professional development
• Match mentee and mentors in an effort to support both careers and help achieve individual goals.
• Expand the professional network of participants.

Who Can Participate?

• Open to all DC Ad Club members who are willing to make the commitment of a 4 month/4 meeting schedule. (April-July). 
• If you are not a DC Ad Club member, click here and join us!

Am I a Mentor or Mentee?

Members can participate as a mentor or a mentee at any point in their career.

Mentors: Give back. Develop future leaders or assist a peer in acquiring new skills. (We recommend mentors have at least 5 years of business experience.) Please login at the top of the page and click here for a Mentor application.

Mentees: Benefit and learn from experienced and successful DC Ad Club members. Please login at the top of the page and click here for a Mentee application.

How Do I Participate? 

• Fill out the application form (see links below) and submit with your resume or bio to info@dcadclub.com.
• DC Ad Club will provide ideas and opportunities to help guide mentoring pairs. For instance: Attend a DC Ad Club event together and discuss afterward your experience. Or you might grab a quick bite, a cup of coffee, or attend a lecture—anything that will expand your career and enhance your professional development.

When Does the Mentoring Begin?

Details on the kick-off event will be available shortly. 

Applications

Applications are due by 5:00pm, Monday, March 4, 2013. After submitting your application through the website please email your resume or bio to info@dcadclub.com.   You must login to the website first in order to succesfully fill out an application.
