Business Development Senior Account Executive

Position Description: 

The Business Development Senior Account Executive will work directly with our Director of Business Development and Strategy. This person will support the marketing of iostudio and research new business opportunities. Working on a team, this person will be the primary architect and writer of proposals, presentations and RFP’s while uncovering key insights on brands, consumer segments and the marketplace. Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrates a can-do, solution focused, “client-first” mentality to ensure prospects perceive high-level client-focused attitude
  • Solid research, writing and editing skills, and excellent presentation skills – verbal and written
  • Solid experience building relationships with a creaitve company’s areas of expertise
  • First-hand experience working on a team to bring new clients into a company
  • Possess a natural curiosity, critical thinking skills and the ability to turn those thoughts into digital tactics to drive new business
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial drive and track record of personal initiative and professional growth; creativity and tenacity in the face of challenges
  • Collaborative team approach; proactive and able to demonstrate composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Social media savvy, with key understanding of the basics of community management and how brands engage on social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Tumblr
  • Familiar with Agile development process; web development experience a nd experience creating integrated strategies across digital, UX, print, mobile, experiential and retail a plus



  • Understand the capabilities of a digital agency with a deep understanding of the role that digital media and social media plays in a client’s communication mix; media planning experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; design capabilities a plus
  • State and Federal RFI and RFP experience a plus
  • Background in public relations relevant experience is a plus
  • Solid public speaking skills with experience presenting to small and large groups of professionals
  • Ability to work effectively when unsupervised as well as in a team environment
  • Other: 
  • Some overnight travel required
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check as per the iostudio handbook guidelines
