In this month’s presentation, a team of creative video producers from PCI will show you how to conceptualize, budget, pitch, script, produce and distribute engaging video content. Learn to clearly define your goal and motivate audiences to take action.

The presentation will also cover the importance of having good production values in your video and the key questions to ask your production company so as to not go over budget.

Matt Chun, VP Digital Strategy, PCI

Matt leads the effort to grow and enhance digital capabilities at PCI. Operating from the conviction that “everything has gone digital,” Matt works with clients to integrate digital strategies and tactics with traditional campaign and outreach strategies. Matt brings an expertise in holistic digital strategy, engaging audiences through social media and content across paid, owned, and earned efforts. His marketing career, led by instincts for digital innovation and creative content, spans 15 years across various industries.

Prior to PCI, Matt headed the digital practice at RedPeg Marketing, marrying experiential programs with compelling social media activations for Bud Light, TD Bank, GEICO and Enterprise Carshare. At Social@Ogilvy, Matt directed a team of strategists on social media campaigns for Marriott, BP, and Ford. There, he also led the digital strategy for an multi-award-winning campaign, #OK2Talk, for National Association of Broadcasters. Armed with his keen passion for engaging content and the digital medium, Matt brings a rich mix of talents to PCI, elevating our client work above the noise in an increasingly digital world.

 

Josh Golden, Director of Creative Strategy, PCI

Josh fills a key role in marketing, promotional, training, outreach, and other strategic communication projects, as well as in business and team development. He provides leadership to PCI’s Project Managers, ensuring consistent quality, on-target products, and project management that is both effective and conducive to optimal client relationships. He leads major projects for PCI clients, with a focus on live events, and video/multimedia. He often serves as a creative consultant for events, drawing on experience working with high-profile national speakers and entertainers. He is also an accomplished writer who often authors national television ad, public service announcements, and marketing and branding campaigns.

Previously, Josh directed creative events for two major league baseball teams, the New York Mets and the Washington Nationals, where he managed a 35-member lineup of producers, editors, graphic designers, and live talent. Josh began his career coordinating workshops, rehearsals, and script development for the Manhattan Theater Club. He wrote and directed “Voices of History,” a touring, interactive, living history program, and “Mets Zone,” a weekly children’s cable television show, and served as head writer for U.S. Open Tennis.

 

Frances Reimers, Director of Corporate Visibility, PCI

With almost 15 years of marketing communications experience, Frances oversees PCI projects for the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, Crystal Run Healthcare, Xcel Energy, National Biodiesel Board, Department of Transportation, and American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and leads business and client development. Previously as Communications & Programs Manager for Sister Cities International (SCI), Frances led outreach for 135 partnerships worldwide and marketing for a $7.5 million Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant for African infrastructure building. 

Frances is a popular speaker on marketing and events for organizations across the country, and active in the National Foundation to End Senior Hunger (NFESH) Advisory Council, Urban Alliance, and ASAE Political Action Committee. She contributed to an article in the March 2014 edition of O Magazine and was featured on CNN’s Live with Piers Morgan.

 

Hal Schild, SVP Creative Services, PCI, DC Ad Club Board member

Hal brings a unique blend of award winning creativity, technical ability, and business acumen to his position SV of Creative Services.  In this role, he oversees all video, graphic, online, multimedia, and event production at PCI.

As manager of PCI's event product, Hal has overseen large conferences, annual meetings, and conventions for clients including ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, Fannie Mae, the National Biodiesel Board, and the American Association of Museums. As a talented video director and editor, Hal has produced video product for PCI ranging from nationally televised Public Service Announcements for the U.S. Coast Guard to image pieces for Fannie Mae, NASDAQ, JPMorgan Chase, and the National Transportation Safety Board. Early in his career, Hal provided multimedia service to leading corporations and networks including Wells Fargo, Booz Allen & Hamilton, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and HBO, as well as a variety of celebrity clients including Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Ali McGraw. Hal graduated with a BA from American University having majored in Visual Communications.
