Account Executive, Operations

Position Description: 

Job purpose: This position offers a unique opportunity to develop, manage and support recruitment marketing, events (local and national) and sales-support programs for one of our top military clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on problem solver that can jump in and take ownership of projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain direct, day-to-day communication with the client contacts and Account Supervisor.
  • Interpret client’s needs and translate them into actionable requirements for creative, production, media and other necessary agency personnel.
  • Manage the development and execution of projects ranging from marketing collateral and presentations to event marketing assets, sales tools and awards.
  • Manage all project and program timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Ensure all projects are executed and delivered on time, on strategy and within budget.
  • Proactively mitigate and resolve problems related to programs.
  • Serve as the liaison between agency teams, partners, vendors and the client.
  • Initiate vendor work requests and manage vendor briefs, workflow and deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless and flawless implementation and execution of projects, programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor effectiveness and quality of projects and programs.
  • Provide analysis, results and recommendations to the client and internal teams.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of relevant and qualified experience.
  • Client management and vendor management experience.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and positive.
  • Ability to work independently, think on your feet, problem-solve and plan with limited direction.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous campaigns/projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, apply new tools and techniques to situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns, direct marketing campaigns and providing support to a sales team a plus.
